Giddings Lab at The University of North Carolina

Our program, Genome Fingerprint Scanning (GFS) Version 2, is finally nearing release. The main delay is presently completion of the manual. We needed to significantly improve the user documentation, and are working on that actively. As soon as the manual is complete, we will post the complete source code here, along with binaries for Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux (Debian flavors, primarily, though last time I tried, the binary compiled on Debian worked on RHL too).

We are also making extensive improvements to the GFS website, to be released concurrently with the source code release. Keep your eyes out for it!
